I have visited Frankie Pesto's twice while visiting Kingston. Once by myself, while on business, and once with a small group of business acquaintances. On both visits I totally enjoyed myself. It is situated in the historic heart of beautiful downtown Kingston. The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly and the food is excellent. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

The chef was willing to create a dish for me that was not on the menu (pasta primavera) and the waiter's recommendation of the rose sauce was delicious. Would definately return based on the food quality and knowledgeable/personable wait staff.
